The
Assyrian
This
Man Shall Be The Peace - When The Assyrian Shall Come Into
Our Lands and When He Shall Tread In
Our Palaces.
In
The Year That Tartan Came - to Ashdod When Sargon The King Of
Assyria Sent Him and Fought Against Ashdod and took it.
God's
Voice Crieth To The City - and
The Man Of Wisdom Shall See Thy Name Hear Ye The Rod and Who
Hath Appointed It.
I
Will Love The Fruits - Of The Stout
Heart Of The King Of Assyria and
The Glory Of His High Looks.
That
Cometh - Out Of It.
He
Shall Be Exalted - and Extolled and Be Very High.
As Many - Were A Stonied At Thee.
He
That Laboureth Laboureth For Himself
- For His Mouth Craveth
It Of Him.
The
Ways Of The Man - Is Froward and Strange As For The Pure His
Work Is Right.
Thy
Rod The Flock Of Thine Heritage
Feed
Thy Peoples - With Thy Rod The Flock Of Thine Heritage That
Dwell Solitarily In The Woods In The Midst Of Carmel Let Them
Feed in Bashan and Gilead As In The Days Of Old.
Though
Thou Be Little - Among
The Thousands Of Judah.
Yet
Out Of Thee Shall He - Come Forth To Me.
The
Remnant Of Jacob Shall Be - In The Midst of Many Peoples.
As
A Dew From God - As The Showers Upon The Grass That Tarrieth
Not
For Man Nor Waiteth For The Sons
Of Men.
The
Remnant Of Jacob Shall Be - Among
The Gentiles In The Midst Of Many
Peoples As A Lion Among The Beasts
Of The Forests.
As
A Young Lion - Among
The Flocks Of Sheep.
Who
if He Go Through - Both
Treadeth Down and Teareth In Pieces and
None Can Deliver.
That
Is To Be Ruler In Israel - Whose Goings Forth Have Been From
Of Old From Everlasting.
Even
The First Dominion - The Kingdom Shall Come.
Declaring
The End From The Beginning - From Ancient Times The Things That
Are Not Yet Done.
How
Say Ye To Pharaoh - I Am The Son
Of The Wise The Son Of Ancient Kings !
He
Shall Stand - and Feed In The Strength Of God.
In
The Majesty Of - The Name Of God.
Shall He Be Great - Unto The Ends Of The
Earth.
Woe - Is Me !
Then
Shall We - Raise Against Him
Seven Shepherds and Eight Principal Men ?
